The team lineups are set for the Wisconsin Soccer Leagues 2015-16 season, with eight teams in the Major Division and 19 in the First Division.

Amateur notes: Azteca United claims WSL First Division title

Jose Hernandez and Cesar Castillo (West Allis Central) scored early in the second half to level the score, and Azteca United made its final five kicks from the spot to win the Wisconsin Soccer Leagues First Division title 5-4 on penalties after a 2-2 draw against 10-man North Shore United Reserves on July 18 at UW-Milwaukee's Engelmann Stadium.

Forty years ago, Bavarian SC and the Milwaukee Brewers squared off in the state Major Division final. The clubs have had vastly different experiences since the Bavarians' 2-0 victory in that match in 1975.
