Nov. 5, 2004: Davy Arnaud scored in the 24th and 69th minutes as the host Kansas City Wizards, under the direction of coach Bob Gansler (Milwaukee), blanked the Los Angeles Galaxy 2-0 in the Major League Soccer Western Conference final. Bo Oshoniyi made three saves in keeping a clean sheet for the Wizards, who advanced to play D.C. United in the ninth MLS Cup.
