Nov. 4, 1973: United Serbians topped the Milwaukee Brewers 4-2 on penalty kicks following a 1-1 draw in the Wisconsin Soccer Association Major Division final, giving the club its first championship in its nine-year history. The Serbians took the early lead through an own goal, but Ramiro Alvarez equalized for the Brewers and the teams remained tied through two periods of extra time.
