Andrija Novakovich (Muskego) has been in England for preseason with Reading FC – the club posted a photo of him at its Hogwood Park training ground on its Instagram account Wednesday (view photo) – but he'll be back in his home country soon.

The 18-year-old striker is one of 20 players named to the U.S. Under-20 national team roster for the National Training Center Invitational, which starts Monday in Carson, Calif.

The Americans, who opened training camp Thursday, will face Chile on Monday, Bermuda on Wednesday and Australia on July 18 – the final match will be streamed live on the U.S. Soccer website at 9 p.m. Central.

Novakovich made his debut with the Under-20 national team during a training camp in May in North Carolina, and scored both goals in the Americans' 4-2 loss to USL PRO's Wilmington Hammerheads.

Coincidentally, the trip to the Under-20 camp should give Novakovich a chance to catch up with his cousin, Luka Prpa (Muskego) – he'll be playing with the Chicago Magic PSG Under-15/16 team in the U.S. Soccer Development Academy semifinals on July 17 in Carson.
