June 28, 2013: Anthony Santaga (Green Bay Notre Dame), playing his first match in more than six weeks, headed in a cross by Jed Hohlbein (Middleton/UW) in the 88th minute as the Madison 56ers tipped the Milwaukee Bavarians 2-1 in a National Premier Soccer League Midwest Region match at Breese Stevens Field in Madison. Both teams scored great individual goals, with UW right back Carl Schneider (Madison La Follette) opening the scoring for the 56ers just before halftime and UW-Green Bay's Sam Krenzien (Wauwatosa West) equalizing in the 72nd. UW goalkeeper Max Jentsch (Hartland Arrowhead) made a big save in the 91st minute to preserve Madison's victory.
