June 29, 1966: Rich Schweinert scored in the second half as the Bavarian Blue Ribbons tied German club VfL Schlangen 1-1 in an international friendly in Milwaukee. The home side had chances to win the exhibition, but missed a penalty kick and had another potential goal ruled out because of offside. Alois Reneke scored the opener for the German side.
