Scott Raymonds (Brookfield East/UW-Green Bay) certainly has enjoyed playing in the Wisconsin Amateur Cup the past two weeks.

The midfielder scored the 60th-minute equalizer in Saturday afternoon's final against Milwaukee Sport Club and then found the go-ahead goal in the 104th as the Croatian Eagles won 3-1 after extra time at Croatian Park in Franklin.

Bryce Boyd (Milwaukee Marquette/UW-Milwaukee), who normally is a goalkeeper but also plays as a striker for the club's reserve team, added a goal in the 115th as the Eagles wrapped up their second consecutive state Amateur Cup title.

The visitors took the lead just before halftime as Nick Unger (Menomonee Falls) found the back of the net for Sport Club (9-5-0 in all competitions), the reigning Wisconsin Soccer League Major Division champion. It was the first goal they've scored against the Croatians in three matches between the teams this season.

Raymonds pulled the Eagles level on the hour mark and gave them the lead just before the end of the first 15-minute period of extra time. He also scored in last week's 2-1 semifinal victory over Bavarian SC, giving him three of the team's four goals in the state competition.

The Eagles (12-1-1) also beat Sport Club 2-0 last fall and 1-0 on April 27 and are leading the WSL Major Division with a 8-0-1 record and 25 points, one point ahead of Sport Club (8-3-0, 24).

Both state finalists earned spots in the U.S. Adult Soccer Association Region II tournament from June 13 to 15 in Westfield, Ind. The regional champion advances to the USASA National Cup Finals, which are July 24 to 27 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
