Eight Wisconsin college teams earned Team Ethics and Sportsmanship Awards from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.

The awards are based on the number of red and yellow cards teams received during the 2013 season. No state sides were among the 25 teams nationwide that claimed the Gold Award, which are awarded to teams that were not issued any cards.

However, four Wisconsin teams had no red cards and no more than five yellow cards and were Silver Award winners. And four others were honored with the Bronze Award for not accumulating more than 10 total cards during the season.

A total of 254 college teams received the awards, including five of the nine women's teams in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. Maranatha Baptist was the only state men's team honored, collecting a Silver Award after being issued just two yellows during the season.
