Lauren Sesselmann (Green Bay Notre Dame) and Canada had a rough conclusion to group play at the Torneio Internacional de Futebol Feminino.

Needing to beat Brazil to earn a rematch against the host team in Sunday's final, the Canadians had to settle for a 0-0 draw on Wednesday in Brasilia.

Sesselmann wasn't around for the final whistle, though, as she was red carded for a foul in the 74th minute. It's the first time in 40 career international matches that the FC Kansas City defender has been sent off.

Canada closes out the tournament in the third-place match Sunday against Scotland – the Canadians won the teams' meeting in an opener 2-0 on Dec. 12.
