Eighteen of the 20 spots in this week's Wisconsin Soccer Coaches Association boys state polls were occupied by teams that were ranked last week.

The two newcomers were Green Bay Preble, which moved from honorable mention to No. 5 in Division 1, and Racine Prairie School, which did the same in Division 4.

However, there was some shuffling of spots, and that could continue next week considering several ranked sides will square off against each other over the next seven days.

The top two teams in the Division 2 poll meet Saturday as No. 1 Brookfield East plays host to No. 2 Whitefish Bay.

Grafton, ranked second in Division 3, plays two ranked foes this week: the Black Hawks travel to Cedarburg, third in Division 2, for a North Shore Conference match Tuesday night and then play host to fourth-ranked Waukesha Catholic Memorial in non-conference play Thursday.

Grafton is coming off a 1-1 draw with No. 3 Appleton Xavier, which also drew No. 4 Green Bay Notre Dame 2-2 on Friday.

Another intriguing matchup on Tuesday night has Hartland Arrowhead, ranked third in Division 1, playing host to Waukesha West – fifth in Division 2 – in a Classic 8 Conference game.

Honorable mention: Eau Claire Memorial (10-1-1), Muskego (4-4-0), Sheboygan North (15-0-0), Madison Memorial (6-3-0), Menomonee Falls (11-4-0).
