Aug. 2, 2008: The MYSC Lady Blues, playing what proved to be their only season in the Women's Premier Soccer League, lost to California's Ajax America 5-0 in the national semifinals in Natomas, Calif. The match was scoreless until the 50th minute, but Ajax (13-1-1) scored four times in the final half hour to win going away. Goalkeeper Laurel Peak made eight saves for the Lady Blues, who finished the season 8-2-0.
