July 13, 2010: Defender Kate Markgraf (Whitefish Bay) wore the captain's armband as she earned her 200th cap for the U.S. women's national team in a 1-1 draw against Sweden in Omaha, Neb. Markgraf was the 10th woman in the world to reach the milestone, and made just one more appearance for the national team before retiring.
