July 8, 1998: Dan Stebbins (Milwaukee King) scored in the 36th and 39th minutes as Major League Soccer's Miami Fusion blanked USISL D3 Pro League side Orlando Nighthawks 3-0 in a third-round match of the U.S. Open Cup in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. The Fusion coach was Carlos "Cacho" Cordoba, who coached the Milwaukee Rampage in 1995 and would do so again in 1999.
