Jon Szczepanski set up David Marshall's 79th-minute equalizer, then slotted home a penalty kick in the 94th as the Milwaukee Rampage rallied past the Cincinnati Riverhawks 3-2 in an A-League match at Uihlein Soccer Park. Second-half sub Mike Mekelburg drew the winning penalty when he was fouled in the box in the final seconds for the Rampage (8-2-0).
