June 11, 1961: Leslie Cseter's goal in the final 10 seconds of the eighth minute of stoppage time gave the Wisconsin Serbians a 2-1 victory over the nine-man Rich Tigers in a wild Wisconsin State Soccer Association match in Cudahy. Combined with the Milwaukee Serbians' 3-1 win over the Brewers, the Wisconsin Serbians (7-1-1) clinched the Major Division spring title. According to the Milwaukee Journal, the Tigers' Paul Bur and Tony Szlavik were sent off for delaying the match, kicking the ball off the field and leading to the significant amount of added time, and referee John Joachimczyk requested a Cudahy Police squad car at the game to maintain order. Ghobad Tabrizi scored the opener for the Wisconsin Serbians and Frank Hazi equalized for the winless Tigers before Cseter's late, late winner.
