Legendary Milwaukee coach Bob Gansler will be inducted into the National Soccer Hall of Fame in a ceremony June 4 at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass., U.S. Soccer announced today.
The induction ceremony for the Class of 2011 – Gansler, Cobi Jones, Eddie Pope, Earnie Stewart and Bruce Murray – will precede the U.S. national team's friendly against reigning World Cup champion Spain.
The Hall of Fame continues to induct members despite closing its facility in Oneonta, N.Y., in February 2010. This year's class of inductees was announced last month.
