 Forwards Sarah Hagen (Appleton North/UW-Milwaukee) and Katie Bethke (Eau Claire Memorial) and Sky Blue FC midfielder Casey Nogueira (Cedarburg) are among 24 players called into training camp for the U.S. Under-23 women's national team.
The first Under-23 camp of 2011 starts Sunday at the Home Depot Center in Carson, Calif., and runs through Jan. 16. It overlaps with a full women's national team's training session, which is Jan. 8 to 14 in Carson.
Hagen and Bethke were regulars with coach Bill Irwin's team last year, while Nogueira played with the Under-23 last month.
