While the All-Northern Badger Conference girls soccer team has a little different look this year, there is one constant: Plenty of Waunakee players.

The Warriors, who have won or shared all 10 of the conference's titles, had five first-team selections, three second-team choices and three honorable mention players. Waunakee is 53-1-0 all-time in Northern Badger play and have won 42 consecutive conference games since a 1-0 loss to Reedsburg on May 20, 2003.

Warriors senior defender Olivia Evans, junior midfielder Molly Laufenberg and junior forward Jill Ross were among the five unanimous first-teamers named by conference coaches. Senior defender Kristina Coopman and freshman forward Emily Mouille were Waunakee's other representatives on the top squad.

Two DeForest players, senior midfielder Chelsey Harris and junior defender Anna Miller, also were unanimous picks. Sauk Prairie senior midfielder Kelsey Kohlbeck joined Evans and Laufenberg as repeat selections. Harris moved up after making the second team last spring.

This year's second team included three players who were first-team choices in 2010: Mount Horeb junior forward Kelly Sullivan and the Sauk Prairie duo of junior goalkeeper Alison Halweg and senior defender Brittany Hahn.
