 After a dominating season in the Rock Valley Conference, the East Troy prep boys soccer team dominated the all-conference team, too.
The Trojans had five of the 12 players on the first team voted on by Rock Valley coaches, led by conference Player of the Year Antonio Gonzalez.
Gonzalez, a senior, tied for eighth in the state with 33 goals and tied for fourth with 23 assists in all games for East Troy, which outscored opponents 41-7 in going 11-0-0 in winning its first Rock Valley championship. He was one of seven repeat selections on the All-Rock Valley first team.
Senior midfielder Austin Drake (25 goals, 13 assists) made the team for the third consecutive year and senior defender Sam Edwards was picked for the second straight season for the Trojans, who also had first-teamers in senior defender Sebastian Smith and sophomore midfielder Kai Bottum (24 goals, 18 assists).
Evansville and McFarland each had three players on the top team, two being senior repeat picks: midfielder Nick Petterson and forward Jake Olson for the Blue Devils and defender Ryan O'Donnell and midfielder Bryce Kohlman for the Spartans. O'Donnell collected all-conference honors all four of his high school seasons, having been a second-team selection as a freshman and sophomore.
The rest of the first team included Evansville freshman goalkeeper Will Blain, McFarland sophomore midfielder Nick Bultman and Whitewater junior defender Austin Banda.
