Jay DeMerit worked his way up from Bay Port High School all the way to the Premier League and the U.S. national team – his incredible tale was turned into a documentary, "Rise and Shine: The Jay DeMerit Story."

Now you can win a DVD of the movie, a t-shirt and a poster from the theatrical release from Wisconsin Soccer Central.

Enter our score prediction contest for the upcoming U.S. national team friendlies against Venezuela on Saturday and against Panama on Jan. 25 for a chance at the prizes. You'll be asked to pick the score at halftime and full time and the winning team – or predict a draw – for both games.

Entrants will receive 5 points apiece for each correct answer and the person with the most points after the two matches will receive a "Rise and Shine" DVD, t-shirt and poster. The next three finishers also will receive a "Rise and Shine" movie poster. Ties will be broken by a random draw.

Saturday's match kicks off at 8 p.m. in Glendale, Ariz., while the game in Panama starts at 7:30 p.m. Both matches will be streamed live on ESPN3 and televised in Spanish on Galavision.
