The University of Wisconsin soccer teams will be back on the field in just more than a month.
Both Badgers teams released their spring exhibition season schedules this week, with games starting in mid- to late March.
The UW men have two home matches, opening their six-game spring slate March 25 against UW-Green Bay and closing against DePaul on May 4.
In between, the Badgers will play at Louisville – which played in the national championship game in 2010 and finished last season ranked seventh in the country – on April 14, at 2011 NCAA qualifier Western Illinois on April 21 and in the annual Wisconsin Spring Cup on April 29 at Marquette.
The women's team will play the final three of its six matches at home, including an event with Marquette, UW-Milwaukee and Big Ten Conference rival Minnesota on April 28 to close out the exhibition schedule. A week earlier, the Badgers will play host to Central Michigan on April 22.
UW and the Golden Gophers will square off April 20 in Chippewa Falls, the second straight year the teams have met at Dorais Field. The Badgers open the spring with two matches in Illinois, March 17 at Loyola and April 15 at Big Ten foe Illinois.
