Madison UnitedJared Burdick (Madison La Follette/UW-Platteville) opened the scoring with an early 35-yard strike, and Abdel Baji had a pair of goals as Madison United cruised past Mad City FC 4-0 to win the Keva Over-30 men's championship on Friday night at Firefighters Park in Middleton.

Burdick's long-range shot put United (10-6-2) ahead just 8 minutes into the match, and Baji scored twice with great individual efforts on either side of halftime.

Rahman Al Dachach finished off the victory by chipping the Mad City goalkeeper, and Rich Anderegg (Middleton/UW-Platteville) posted the clean sheet for United.

Mad City (6-4-8) had two good scoring chances in the first half, hitting the post on one shot and seeing another cleared off the goal line by a United defender during a scramble inside the 6-yard box. Three of Mad City's four losses on the season came to United.
